What is Dine-Ease and how does QR ordering work?

Dine-Ease is an all-in-one cloud operating system. Guests scan a unique QR code on their dining table with any smartphone camera, browse your visual digital menu, customize items, and place instant orders directly to your kitchen without downloading any mobile app.

What hardware do I need to start using Dine-Ease?

No expensive specialized hardware or proprietary POS machines required. Dine-Ease runs on any modern browser using your existing Android/iOS smartphones, tablets, laptops, or desktop computers.

How do direct UPI payments work? Are there transaction fees?

Dine-Ease routes payments directly to your restaurant's bank account or merchant UPI VPA (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm). We charge 0% commission on payments and funds settle instantly into your account without gateway holding periods.

Can kitchen staff see orders in real time?

Yes! The Live Kitchen Display System (KDS) displays incoming kitchen order tickets instantly with prep time timers, station filters, audio chimes, and status updates (Pending → Cooking → Ready → Served).
